Miguel Tapia the owner was outstanding. He promptly followed up his initial proposal and we reach an agreed upon price. His crew was hardworking, neat and professional. I was impressed with their prep work as the took the old paint down to the wood base. They painted around numerous flower beds without disturbing anything. If you’re considering adding fresh paint to the exterior of your home or garage, don’t worry about vinyl siding: it can be painted! Be sure to start with clean, dry siding (this may require pressure washing and good weather). Or, you can wash the siding with soap and water instead. Be sure to select a color for the paint that’s not darker than the existing vinyl color: a darker shade will allow the siding to heat up more than it was designed to withstand.

The purpose of the RRP program is to inform new contractors about the risks and proper safety procedures for working on properties that contain hazardous materials.[2]
